How do I send voicemail messages to multiple VoIP lines?
Instructions for sending a voicemail message to multiple VOIP lines
1) Access your voicemail by dialing: 814-865-4090 or by hitting the messages button on your phone.
2) Enter your 5 digit extension and press # if you are calling from an external location.
3) Enter your password.
4) Press 2 to send a message.
5) Enter the 5 digit extension you would like to add and press #.
6) Press # to verify you have entered the correct extension or * to cancel.
7) Press 1 to add another line and repeat steps 3 through 5.
8) Press # to record your message.
9) Wait until you hear the beep and the record message prompt.
10) Record your message and press #.
11) You can listen to your message prior to sending it by pressing 1.
12) When finished recording press # to send the message.
