The person who had the office before me left. How do I have the Voicemail Password Changed/Reset so I can use it?
A Change of Ownership must be implemented for the Change/Reset to take place.

- Complete and Submit the "Voice Mail Ownership Change Form" located at https://www4.tns.its.psu.edu/forms/VoiceMailChgForm.html
- You will received and email (from TNS) within 48 hours to let you know that the ownership change has been recorded and what your new default password is.
- The next time you logon to the VoIP Unity voice mail system (865-4090 or via the "messages" button on your IP set) you will be prompted to change your password.
