Anybody who has a Penn State Access Account can enter a Breeze meeting.
In addition, a person who has a Friends of Penn State Account can also enter a meeting. Non-Penn Staters can participate in a meeting by obtaining and using a Friends of Penn State account. Friends of Penn State accounts can be obtained at this location: https://fps.psu.edu/.
