Please follow the steps below if you are running Symantec Antivirus Corporate Edition:
1. Open Symantec client (You can do this by double clicking on the yellow shield near the time on your machine)
2. On the Symantec window click on the button which says Live Update...
Important: You must be connected to the internet to download the updates
3. Click on Next - > Next -> ..... until Finish.
