There is a work-around you can try
1) In Outlook, go to File>Import
and Export >Export to a file and select PST as the file type.
2) In
Eudora go to File > Import > Advanced. Keep Outlook selected and locate
the PST file.
Outlook should be getting the email.
Note: If Outlook crashes intermittently in the Export step, just keep on trying!
