SSH Configuration to avoid mask_obj problem
By default, the SSH File Tranfer client clears the "write" permission on the mask_obj.
To change this setting:
1. Choose "Settings..." from the "Edit" menu.
2. Choose "Advanced" from "Global Settings" -> "File Transfer."
3. Set the "Default File Permission Mask" to 664 and the "Default
Directory Permission Mask" to 775. Take care to note the middle
number as SSH Secure File Transfer ships with "Default File
Permission Mask" set to 644, and with "Default Directory Permission
Mask" set to 755.
If you have already uploaded files and other people cannot edit them, see the document mask_obj problem.
