Name not appearing in Angel

What may have happened is that this person has been added, but has never filled in his/her name and other personal details in Angel, so the name does not show up. People who have logged on to Angel before AND taken a course as a student have their details automatically populated from the database. But someone who hasn't done so has to log on to Angel and edit his/her personal information and fill in his/her details.

This can be done as follows. Log on to Angel --> On the frame on the left, look under 'My Profile' for 'My Settings'. Click 'My Settings'. In 'My Settings', click on 'Personal Information Editor' and make sure your name, email etc are correctly displayed. Currently, when I do a people search for 'jtn1', I do not see the Dr. Neisworth as part of the search results. Maybe he could log on and double-check his details and could be added again.
