Follow these steps to make your calendar avaialable to public (others who do not have an oracle calendar account with PSU).

  1. Login to your oracle calendar web client (www.cal.psu.edu)
  2. Click on the preferences icon (Found on the top right hand corner)
  3. Click on the security tab
  4. Put a check mark beside Allow Global Agenda Viewing.
  5. Click on Ok
  6. Now on the calendar home page you should be able to see E-mail Agenda (towards the top right hand side under your name). Click on E-mail Agenda.
  7. Type the e-mail address of the person with whom you want to share the calendar and any personal message. Multiple e-mail addresses can be used but need to be separated using commas.
  8. Click on send.
  9. Note: This will send your global calendar URL to the recipients. They can then use the URL to open your calendar. You may also send the URL to yourself using the E-mail agenda link (enter your e-mail address). You can then use this link on your website (if you have one) to display a link to your public calendar.
