Internet Security Scanner (ISS) is a commercial grade scanning tool used to identify systems that are susceptible to certain vulnerabilities. Penn State's Security Operations and Services office, a unit of Information Technology Services, can help users identify vulnerabilities and misconfigurations in operating systems and software (at no charge) leveraging ISS from IBM Internet Security Systems.
