Database options for Pennstate users

I would like to know how to get a database account at Pennstate? or How do I create a database project on my webspace?
Currently there are three options for database access:
1) Use SQLite which is supported by our servers. For more information go to:

2) You can connect to you own database server. Here is information about the necessary setting(s):

3) Get a Database Course-Related Service which is a DB2 account. This require that you are an instructor at Penn State. You can get more information at http://aset.psu.edu/accounts/db2.html
