ANGEL Login Problems
If you are having problems logging into ANGEL, one of the following suggestions will help resolve the problem.
- If you are a World Campus student, please contact them at 800-252-3592.
- If you have a Friends of Penn State (FPS) account, go to https://fps.psu.edu/ and reset your password. Also be sure that the faculty member has added you to the course in ANGEL. The course description and the faculty information can be obtained from http://soc.our.psu.edu/
- For Penn State students and faculty/staff, first confirm your password. Go to https://clc.its.psu.edu/CheckPw/CheckPw.aspx. The screen will tell you if the password is valid or not. If you get an error, go to one of the Penn State Access Account signature stations (see http://css.its.psu.edu/accounts/sigstations.html for locations) with your Penn State ID card to reset your password.
However, if your password is fine and you continue to have problems logging in to ANGEL, confirm with the faculty member that you are have been added to the course in ANGEL.
