Deleting messages in Webmail. What's different?

Webmail2 offered users two options while deleting email messages.
Option1: Save copy of deleted messages in trash
Option2: Delete messages without saving a copy in trash

Choosing option1 required users to check the box next to "Save a copy of deleted messages in Trash"  (seen at the bottom of the webmail2 screen). Leaving the box unchecked would default to option2. Users who accidentally deleted their email messages with the box unchecked (option2) could not recover the deleted messages.

As a safety measure, webmail  users will no longer see the "Save a copy of deleted messages in Trash" at the bottom of their screen. In other words, option2 is no longer available in webmail.

In Webmail, a copy of all deleted messages will now be automatically stored in Trash. Users who wish to completely delete the messages will have to empty their Trash folder.
