Q. Do I have to use the home page you gave me?
A. No. The basic home page that you first see was automatically posted by the server when your Personal Web space account was activated. This is a starting place for you as you begin using your Personal Web Space to support your educational program at Penn State. You are welcome to edit this default page we provide or you may create your own.
Note: When you apply for and successfully receive personal Web space, a basic page is automatically generated by the Personal Web Server to serve as a starting place . The information on this default home page includes information from your directory. Directory entry information is considered public information UNLESS you request confidentiality. Information about ITS Directory Services, including confidentiality requests, can be found at http://css.its.psu.edu/internet/directory.html. Please also refer to the Policy AD11, University Policy on Confidentiality of Student Records.
