Screen Capture. Team Files Screen.

Within your team's space, you can:

Create a Folder

You can use folders to organize your team's files.

    Screen Capture. HTML editor toolbar.
Use the HTML editor toolbar to format text.

  7. Click the OK button.

Note: If you are logged on to ANGEL and inactive for ninety minutes, ANGEL automatically disconnects you from your session.  Because ANGEL does not recognize the time you spend composing file contents as active time, if you spend a long time composing file contents, you may be disconnected and lose your work. Thus, it is better to compose longer text offline in a separate document, then copy it into the ANGEL team file.

Upload a File

You can upload files created in another application, such as Word, PowerPoint, or Excel documents, HTML files, or digital images, into your team file space. Once a file has been uploaded, any team member can download it.

To upload a file:

  2. If you wish the file to be within a folder, select the name of the folder to open it.

Download a File

To download a file:

  1. Enter your team file space.
  2. Beneath the name of the desired file, select the download link.

    Screen Capture. Download link.
    Select the download link.

  3. Depending on your computer platform and browser, you may be prompted to save the file, or it may be downloaded to your computer desktop.

You will then be able to open the file to view and/or edit it.

Note: If you download a file, edit it, then want to re-upload it to your team file space, consider adding R1 to the file name to designate a revision. For the next revision, you could add R2 to the file name, and so on. In this way, you and your team members can trace the team’s work and it will always be easy to go back to a previous version. Otherwise, you may accidentally save over each other’s work.

If you want to download the entire contents of the team file space, select the Download All link in the toolbar. The download will be in the form of a .zip archive file, from which you can then extract the team files using an application such as WinZip (Windows) or Stuffit (Macintosh).

Screen Capture. Download all tab.
