Assessment Question Types for Students

There are ten types of ANGEL assessment questions. Each is briefly described below

Multiple Choice

Only one answer is correct.

More than one choice may be correct. Select as many as apply. Some answers may be assigned more points than others. You may have points deducted for selecting a wrong answer.

Match a list of definitions with the terms using the pull-down number selection.

You must type in the answer. Correct answers can vary, so your instructor must grade your answer manually.

Place a list of items in the correct order using the pull-down number selection.

You must type in the answer. Your instructor has specified the possible correct answer(s) within ANGEL. Therefore, it is important to check your typing and spelling.


Fill-in-the-blank(s) question

Offline Item

After you complete a class assignment outside ANGEL, take the ANGEL assessment containing the corresponding offline item question. The instructor must assign a grade manually.
