Hours for ANGEL call-in support

Persons needing general ANGEL assistance may call the ITS Help Desk at 814-865-4357 twenty-four hours, seven days a week. As always, please use the form above whenever possible and an ANGEL support expert will assist you. Turnaround time is generally less than one business day.

Help for World Campus ANGEL Courses

The World Campus help desk provides technical support for all World Campus-affiliated ANGEL courses. World Campus students and instructors should use the following resources for help with ANGEL courses. ANGEL Maintenance Schedule

Effective February 1, 2013, ANGEL maintenance will be conducted on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 4:00 to 6:00 a.m. U.S. Eastern Time, during which time ANGEL will be unavailable. A message will be posted during each maintenance period as a reminder.
