Wireless 2.0: Android Configuration

The following instructions are for configuring wireless 2.0 for Gen 1 Android phones.

  1. Enable Wifi.
  2. Select the psu network.
  3. EAP method: TTLS
  4. Phase 2 authentication: PAP
  5. CA certificate: Leave on N/A
  6. Client certificate: Leave on N/A
  7. Private key password:  Access Account Password
  8. Identity: Access Account ID (Ex. abc123)
  9. Anonymous Identity: leave blank
  10. Wireless password: Access Account Password.
  11. Click Connect.

Android 4.0.3 ASUS Transformer Prime

A slight modification to the above for the ASUS Transformer Prime running Android 4.0.3 which the following worked for me:

  1. Enable Wifi (should be on by default)
  2. Select the psu network
  3. EAP method: change from PEAP to TTLS
  4. Phase 2 authentication: change from none to PAP
  5. CA certificate: Leave on (unspecified)
  6. Client certificate: Leave on (unspecified)
  7. Identity: Access Account ID (Ex. abc123)
  8. Anonymous Identity: leave blank
  9. Wireless password: Access Account Password.
  10. Click Connect.
